We collect the minimum data required to run the service: your email address (for authentication), workspace name, and video metadata (titles, descriptions, privacy settings). We do not collect viewer analytics beyond aggregate counts unless you explicitly enable tracking on individual videos.
Your data is used solely to provide the Relay video infrastructure service: delivering videos, managing your account, and processing payments. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for advertising purposes.
You retain full ownership of all video content uploaded to Relay. We act as a processor, not a controller. We do not use your content to train AI models or for any purpose beyond delivery to your specified audience.
We use a single authentication cookie (auth_token) to maintain your session. No third-party tracking pixels, analytics cookies, or advertising identifiers are injected into your videos or the Relay platform.
Video content is retained until you delete it. Account data is retained for 90 days after account deletion to handle billing disputes, then permanently erased. You can export your data at any time from your dashboard settings.
Relay operates on Cloudflare's global edge network. Data is processed and stored according to Cloudflare's数据处理协议. For organisations with specific compliance requirements, contact us to discuss DPA terms.
