By accessing or using Relay, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Relay is operated by TechAssembly.
You must be at least 18 years old and authorised to bind your organisation (if applicable). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You may not use Relay to distribute unlawful, harmful, or infringing content. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these rules. Prohibited content includes but is not limited to: CSAM, malware distribution, copyright infringement, and content that incites violence.
We target 99.9% uptime but make no guarantee of uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance will be announced 48 hours in advance via email and status page.
You retain ownership of your content. By uploading, you grant us a limited licence to process, store, and transmit your content solely for the purpose of providing the Relay service.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You may cancel at any time; you retain access until the end of your billing period. Refunds are issued at our discretion.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TechAssembly's total liability for any claim arising from your use of Relay shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to conflict of law principles.
