Plans and billing

Relay offers plans for creators, growing teams, and businesses.

Current plans

Plan	Best for
Creator	Solo creators uploading videos and simple collections.
Pro	Small teams with assessments, certificates, and live events.
Business	Larger organizations with multiple team members and custom needs.

Upgrade a plan

1. Go to Settings → Billing.
2. View the comparison table.
3. Select the plan you want.
4. Complete payment with Paystack.
5. Features unlock immediately.

Track usage

The billing page shows:

• Storage used
• Bandwidth used (if metered on your plan)
• Team member count
• Live stream hours remaining

Cancel or change plan

1. Go to Settings → Billing.
2. Click Manage subscription.
3. Choose cancel or switch plan.

Your existing content remains accessible after cancellation, but paid features may be restricted.

Download past invoices from the Billing history section.
